Fusion Sundays
New Sunday Classes start on April 7th! Sundays this spring you have 3 classes to chose from. Pick a class based on the time that you can come or by the subject, either way you will be glad you did!
Class #1,Living Victorious During Difficult Times will meet at 9:30 in the youth office. Have things happened in your life that has caused you to question God? Do you ever feel that he doesn’t answer your prayers? Come to this class and start asking the hard questions.
Class #2,Blockbuster Devotions will meet at 11:30 in the youth office. Come to this fun look at movies and how they can teach us about God’s word. No books or preparation needed, just jump in whenever and join the discussion.
Class #3,Creationism vs. Evolution will meet at 11:30 in the Loft. Do you have question about Genesis? Have you been baffled about the Creation account, the Flood, Carbon 14 dating, the Big Bang? Are dinosaurs mentioned in the Bible (yes)? Is the earth millions of years old, or just thousands?
Frank Strickland, a Geologist with over 40 years of experience in investigating the Bible and Evolution will be here to answer your questions and update you on recent exciting scientific discoveries in this area.
Half of the class will be for you to ask questions! This is going to be a fun class that is guaranteed to start many stimulating discussions with your friends.__________________________________________________________________
Wednesday Nights & Events
We meet on Wednesday, either in The Garage (177 West 2100 South) or we notify you otherwise.
Wednesday May 15th – COUCH RALLY!! Get your couch and teams ready to storm the town and see who can be the most creative!! Or come without a team and get put on one!
Wednesday May 22nd – Block Night. 7pm in the Garage. Come find out what the student leaders have planned. It’s their night from beginning to the end!
