Adventure Canyon
The adventure begins here for kids, birth through 5th grade. We design age appropriate
experiences with singing, crafts, and games. Your kids will build
friendships and experience the God of the Bible.
What to expect…
All children ages Kindergarten on up, attend the worship portion of our gathering. After worship someone from the Worship Team will dismiss the children to attend their classes. Adventure Canyon teacher will lead the children to their respective classrooms.
For Nursery & Preschool (Birth-5), classes will be open 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the service.
If the calendar month has five Saturdays, children ages kindergarten through 5th grade will join their families in attending the entire church service.
If you are new to K2
Many children attend Adventure Canyon each week, so everyone is checked in electronically and receives a personal name badge to make sure they are known and safe. If you’re planning to come for the first time, we have a New Family check-in station in our main lobby with team members ready to assist you. If you’d like to save time and preregister your children, please fill out our simple form here. After you have checked your children in & printed the name tags (you will receive 3 tags one for your child one to place on the class attendance roaster clip board). The Adventure Canyon host is available to answer any questions you may have.

FAQ
Do my children attend service with me?
All children are welcome to attend the worship portion of our gathering. After worship someone from the front will dismiss the children to attend their classes.
For Nursery & Preschool (Birth-5) children their classes will be open 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the service.
What happens when the month has Five Saturdays?
If the calendar month has five Saturdays, children ages kindergarten through 5th grade will join their families in attending the entire church service.
Can I check in all my children at the same time?
Yes! When you visit the check-in station/kiosk, just select each of your children and the clam stickers will all be printed. Parents will place one sticker on their child and one sticker on the age-appropriate clipboard Elementary K-3 & Edge 4th & 5th.
What if my child needs to leave class due to illness or other reasons?
One of our Adventure Canyon staff will text you, please go to the family check in area in the main lobby and meet an Adventure Canyon Team member for further assistance. There you will be directed and assisted in picking up your child.
What if my child brings a guest?
We encourage kids to bring their friends! When you bring a guest, simply bring the child to the
family check in area and the host will enter their name and birthdate. They will be assigned the same 3 number as your family so they can be picked up by you.
What should I do if my contact information has changed?
Make sure you notify the check-in host who will make necessary corrections to your family profile.
What is the process for someone to volunteer within Adventure Canyon?
Go to the “get connected section” from the K2 app or website, click on join a serving team, fill out the join a serving team. You be contacted via email with a link to fill out the volunteer application.
I want my 6th -8th graders to become an LIT?

What if my child is in Jr. High & High school?
If you’re a child is in junior high or high school, they are invited to join us here on Sunday nights at 5 PM. It’s a time they gather to hang out play games. Worship God, and grow deeper in relationship with Jesus. For information contact. Cloe Sadiq at csadiq@k2thechurch.com
