Serving

If there is one aspect of the life of Jesus that most of His followers miss, it might be serving. Even His 12 apostles that walked with him for three years still were fighting to be considered the greatest. Jesus turned it all upside down, when He said the greatest in the kingdom of God is the servant of all. The power of our flesh and the desire to think of ourselves first is strong! Developing the practice of serving puts us right in step with Jesus and leads to incredible freedom. We will look at both the general practice of serving, but also help with discovering spiritual gifts which are given to every child of God to help us serve each other.
